(1)、电源电压:电压波动值要能符合+10%以内的国家标准，否则一部分的厂家的医院专用离心通风机是不能正常的运转。如果电压波动值在此之上，建议用稳压器，以供符合此电网。

(2)、地线要牢:房间里的电源的布线要完全符合要求。我国的标准是三相四线制。三相指的就是工业电中的三相，在使用三相电时要把零线与地线分开，更重要的是不管是三相工业电也好，一般的单相电也是可以的，地线应可靠，以免漏电，地线绝对不能接在暖气管、自来水管上。

3 清理医院用离心通风机腔内的积水

离心风机运转时使用制冷，由于空气的水分，在离心腔内结霜，停机后霜化为水。大部分国外的低速大容量医用离心风机，没有排水孔，离心腔中水愈积愈多。此时，用户应自行拆下转子，清理积水。在重新安装转子时，一定要装好，避免出事故。

4 医用离心风机的铝合金不能受腐蚀

离心通风机转子一般是用铝合金制造，当受腐蚀后强度降低，容易出事故。铝合金易受液体腐蚀，清洗后应用吹风机吹干，或倒置一段时间，确认干了才能使用。有的血站进口离心机，6个铝杯里应有的6个塑料托没有。塑料托中应放血袋，避免直接放在铝杯里。注意试管有无裂纹。若试管(尤其是反复使用的试管)有裂纹，万万不可使用，否则在使用中试管破裂会引起转子旋转中失去平衡，可引发断轴等恶性事故。

5 医用离心通风机的断轴事故

转子没安放好，或装样品不平衡超过量太大，医用离心风机开动。现代的进口离心风机虽都有不平衡保护，即当不平衡量超过某一限时，应自动断电，令离心机停转。但在上述情况下，已经晚了，会出现恶性事故。恶性事故之一是断轴，由于高速旋转中突然断轴，离心转子没有了支撑，在离心腔中乱转乱撞，可使离心风机整机转270°角度。此时，若旁边有人员或设备，会造成人员伤亡与毁坏设备的事故。
